Whittley Marine Group Announces New Website

Whittley Marine Group, producer of the Spy Boats, Clearwater Aluminium and Fibreglass, Whittley Cruiser and Sea Legend brands, has launched its brand new Group web-site – www.whittleymarinegroup.com.au, with each brands web-site to be re-launched shortly.

The user-friendly Whittley Marine Group website is packed with information to help prospective boat buyers research their new boat across the Group’s five brands. It also enables new purchasers to log on and fill out their warranty registration details online as well as Whittley’s after sales survey.

Whittley Marine Group Director Of Sales & Marketing, Alan Whittley said, “The new site reflects our companies focus on after sales support and making the sales and after sales processes, as smooth as possible. Buying a new boat should be fun, easy and enjoyable, this new web-site offers this and makes it one step easier in the buying and after sales process”.

From a dealer perspective, Whittley’s boat brand dealers, can know log onto the site’s ‘Dealer I -W Online Login System’ and order new boats from the Group, as well as download the latest photo’s and product updates.

Mr. Whittley continued to say that. “ Another key focus of the Group this year, is to make the purchasing process of product, by the Group’s dealers as streamlined as possible. The new Dealer I-W Online Login system, enables the Group’s authorized dealers to purchase spare parts and order new boats online, reducing paperwork between both companies and making the ordering process as simple as it can be.”

The new web-site also benefits existing customers, by offering an online store, where Genuine Whittley Accessories can be purchased online. Existing customers, can also take advantage of the new Whittley After Sales Service Centre, which offers Melbourne Whittley customers, all after sales support.

“The new web-site shows to our customers, our dealers and the general buying public that the Whittley Marine Group is progressive, dynamic, and moving forward in 2012 with growth plans. It provides our dealers with access to the latest information on the product’s that they sell, the public the ability to purchase parts on line and to watch demonstration videos on models across our brands. It is a positive step forward and part of the Group’s improved marketing strategy for 2012.
