Commenting on the launch of the new brand, is Whittley Marine Group, Director of Sales and Marketing, Alan Whittley. “It is a big step forward for us a family and the Whittley Company, one which has to date been with growth and strong sales, be it to dealers and the Australian public. Over the last 3 months, we have established and successfully completed the dealer network in the states of Victoria and Western Australia, which is made up of strong new dealers. In addition to this, we have also appointed new dealers in New South Wales and are expanding out into the remaining states. Dealers have found our packages to have many standard features, for example on the CW AL 433 King Fisher LX. This model boat comes standard with, two-tone pain, electric motor bracket and stands, front casting deck, full length floor, side pockets, rear casting deck, plumbed live bait tank, bildge pump, anchor and navigation lights and rear marlin boards and a high quality Dunbier Trailer, everything you need to go away fishing.”All models in the range are sold to dealers on Dunbier Trailers, as Boat and Trailer packages, with the adoption of a nationalized pricing scheme. For Metro dealers, the list price includes free into store delivery, anywhere in the capital cities of Australia. This ensures that the packages are some of the most competitively priced and high quality on the market anywhere in the country.
Mr. Whittley continued to say that “ Dealer take up and response to the brand has been overwhelming in the southern and western states, as they pay the same list price for the hull free in store for metro dealers, in each capital city, between states. This has enabled them to stock a brand which is most competitively priced in the market, and has a well established brand name behind it, and on a high quality Australian made Dunbier Trailer. It isn’t hard to see why the dealer take up and sales to the public have been strong prior to the official launch.”
Coinciding with the launch of the Clearwater AL brand, and new pressed model range, is a new web-site and new brochures, which are designed to be user friendly in educating the public along with new dealers about the product.
“An important pillar of the new brand, is to offer our dealers along with the public online facilities, to order, and have the ability complete the warranty registration process, all this can know be done online. In addition to this, the new 56 page brochure is a powerful sales tool in educating the public about the many benefits of owning a Clearwater AL Boats.” Mr. Whittley said.
